Egal ob MV/EE, Sunburned oder sonstwer spielt, Konzerte sind hier seit Jahren schlecht besucht und es sind immer dieselben Leute. Notwist oder dEUS ist natürlich was anderes.. Merzbow kann ich mir schon eher vorstellen dass da ein paar Leute kommen, der Stadtgarten ist recht gross aber das findet im Studio im Keller statt und das ist recht klein. Halte es fuer sehr unwarscheinlich dass das ausverkauft wird, aber geh lieber mal auf Nummer sicher. Achja, am 5. November spielen Brötzmann, Keiji Haino, Peter Evans und noch ein paar andere in Mannheim. Ist ein Dienstag aber vlt. geh ich da hin. Zum Thema Ausverkauft: das Letzte war im badischen Freiburg bei NOTWIST. Spielen nächstes Jahr zum Glück hier in Basel im neuen Volkshaus, da gehen über 600 Leutchen rein. Bei dEUS vor 4 Tagen wars kurz vorm Ausverkauf. Passiert schon eher selten. Die Leute wollen irgendwie nichts mehr von guter Livemusik wissen. Nur noch die grossen Sommer-Festivals ziehen die Leute an. King Stiernacken Buzzo muss man einfach lieben. Rock wie immer vom feinsten. Nonstop ohne Pause oder gequatsche, dafür aber ohne Zugabe. Gegen Ende der Show sangen/schrien die Band "We want you shut up! We want you shut up!". Ein Typ im Publikum fand sich ganz schlau und schrie zurück "I have something to say." Daraufhin sprang der BB-Sänger von der Bühne und packte den verdutzten Schlaumeier am Kopf und schrie ihn mit ´ner handbreit Abstand an "What have you to say? I want you shut up!". Das ging dann mindestens 10 mal so hinundher, während er ihn durch die Menge zog. Verwirrend aber lustig. :-) Big Buiseness fand ich diesmal auch richtig gut. Vorallem nach dem Einstieg von Crover, ging echt ab. Hat zufällig jemand die B.B. Tour EP mit 2 neuen Songs und einer Coverversion gekauft? War leider ausverkauft.
